9th Degree Coffee is the brainchild of  James McCormac, and one of the youngest shops in Dublin. They started their micro-roastery on the Dublin barista school’s first floor. You can find them in Dublin 2, a cozy and petite café. The narrow shop on its front is taken by the barista offering pastries and other different sweet treats. The coffee shop believes in growing organic without forcing its production team for shaping its identity.  Due to which they understand what kind of coffee profile and type of roastery is going to work for him. They outsource their roastery coffee from falcon specialty. Because of that, they got a chance of participating in the blueprint project.
