There are many micro-coffee roasters are in the scene to really uplift the scene inviting more tourists around the world. Here are some of the best places to buy coffee.

3FE Coffee Roasters

Introduced by Colin Harmon, 3fe also known as Third-floor espresso is one of the classic Irish roasters. Colin was trained at the coffee angle by Karl Purdy. And from there he got the chance to try into quality coffee. In 2008, He won the title of the Irish barista championship. From which he received a contract with Steve Leighton at Hasbean coffee. After that, they teamed up for starting the original 3fe, which is now called Wigwam.

3fe not just roast the coffee but its also a micro powerhouse. The team supports the other coffee shops by providing training and offering the equipment. For better education, they provide workshops, events, and cuppings.

Cloud Picker Coffee Roasters 

Established in 2013, Frank Kavanagh and Peter Sztal introduced a Cloud Picker Coffee Roasters. They also had a coffee shop in the Trinity college’s science gallery. Releasing the quality of coffee in depriving day by day. Both depicted to be a part of the change and they started their own coffee roastery. Well, they named their coffee shop after a coffee farm in Doi chang in Northern Thailand. They both walked through clouds when they are going to meet the coffee pickers. The coffee shop sources their coffee directly from the origin in order to keep a long-term relationship with them as well as the good quality beans. They roast the coffee weekly on their Giesen W15 roasters.

 9th Degree coffee Roasters

9th Degree cafe debuted in 2016 and James McCormack’s brainchild. One of the youngest shops.  Started their micro-roastery on the Dublin barista school’s first floor. It’s situated in Dublin 2, a cozy and petite coffee shop. The narrow shop on its front is taken by the barista offering pastries and other different sweet treats.

The café believes in growing organic without forcing its production team for shaping its identity.  Due to which they understand what kind of coffee profile and type of roastery is going to work for him. They outsource their roastery coffee from falcon specialty. Because of that, they got a chance of participating in the blueprint project. It’s a program for sustainable farming culture.  Thanks to that, they got the chance to find amazing coffees but also to support the farms in Ethiopia, Honduras, and Congo like countries.

Upside Coffee Roastery

Upside coffee is a new micro-roastery, started since 2016. The cafe is founded by Jamie O’Neill who worked in a restaurant as well as cafes across Dublin. In London, he learned the roasting basics at Nude Espresso coffee roasters.

Upside coffee is based in Fairview. The micro-roastery depends on its 3kg roaster which is going to replace by 15kg machine soon.  There are samples too to find the gems for filers brews and espresso. The café focuses on its seasonality of beans. Also, they offer decaf options which are a good alternative for those who are keeping a distance from caffeine.

Silverskin Coffee Roasters

Founder of the roastery, Brian Kenny started Silver skin in 2012. Today, the café keeps grinding and brewing which tests their different profiles in coffee. On a daily basis, they roast a small batch of coffee.  They are also the part of Boenverde and Algrano program. in which they source from farmers directly. This helps in ensuring the coffee quality and variations. They believe that the combination of green beans with technology can only make an outstanding cup of coffee. Here they take care of being a coffee club to providing training sessions and roasting courses. Also, the coffee beans from Brian can be found in different places in Dublin including two bean coffee, bear market coffee, and honest kitchen.
