Well in Noma style pastries, you can also try fermented mushroom juice,  blueberries, or coffee kombucha.  They focus especially on the fermentation, using various fermented sauces.

Andersen & Maillard 

Andersen & Maillard started in the heart of Norrebro houses, also the former bank space. The cafe includes a roastery and bakery. They have two main attraction which includes their excellent cup of coffee and baked goods. The baked items are made by Milton Abel. Well, he is a pastry chef who worked previously with Noma and Amass. They serve coffee from Synesso Espresso machine which is a big 3 group American made. Also, they have batch brew and Aeropress. The visitors here like their coffee with churned butter and cheese in bread or croissants.

Darcy’s Kaffe 

Darcy’s Kaffe serves the quality beans around the world and serves it with their delicious pastries. Darcy Miller, the owner of the cafe source the beans from the best roasters. People here enjoy their cup of coffee with Democtayoc coffee’s pastries and croissants. Also, you get bread from Begeriet Brod here.  The cafe gives vibes like the Copenhagen apartment.
