Full Circle Roasters

They started as coffee sippers but turned into a barista and now a roaster. Brian birdy started Full circle roaster in 2014, followed by two other cafés as well.  For improving the production flow, roasting, and support, Brain shifted to wholesale in Monaghan. They aimed to provide specialty coffee, machines, and training focus solemnly on quality. Like other roasters, they also have fresh and in-season coffees. Also, they work with the Nordic approach and falcon specialty so they can offer the perfect taste around the world. However, Full circle roasters are not open for the public but the coffee devotees can buy it from Shoe lane, green bench, and Fallon & Byrne.

 Legit Coffee Co.

Legit Coffee gives a cabin-like feeling with its wooden bar tables and stools. Also, the barista is in a flannel t-shirt, The cafe’s décor is more like a rusting setting. Here, different coffees are available, some are from Boabab Coffee Roaster. They serve the foundation of strong double expresso As well as frothy drinks.  Legit Coffee offers its special Mochas which is made including Belgian dark, milk, or white chocolate. Along with they have options in drinks such as double espresso,  Americano,  cappuccino, flat white, extra shots, mocha, etc on their menu card.

Joe’s coffee

Joe source their roast for the espresso drinks. They offer to taste different varieties of tasty notes as well as origins to experts and novices. The café has bright spaces,  furniture with light wood,  colorful mugs, and an industrial vibe.  Joe offers an easygoing place that is perfect for lingering. The menus are limited to salad, sandwiches,  and pastries. Also, they have on tap steaming filtered coffee which makes the perfect option for a quick grab-and-go. Joe Coffee was founded in 2003, following the protocol of requiring cupping or tasting samples of hundred coffees in a year. They focus on maintaining the rotation in seasonal coffee beans and to store them with utmost care.

3fe

Introduced by Colin Harmon, 3fe also known as Third-floor espresso is one of the classic Irish roasters. Colin was trained at the coffee angle by Karl Purdy. And from there he got the chance to try into quality coffee. In 2008, He won the title of the Irish barista championship. From which he received a contract with Steve Leighton at Hasbean coffee. After that, they teamed up for starting the original 3fe, which is now called Wigwam. 3fe not just roast the coffee but its also a micro powerhouse. The team supports the other cafes by providing training and offering the equipment. For better education, they provide workshops, events, and cuppings.
