Dabov Specialty coffee is the brainchild of Jordan Dabov who has been Judge of Cup of Excellence five times. Since 2008, The cafe is working to give the best coffee in Bulgaria. They started to make their own mark in the cafe scene in the city. Also, they roast their coffees and selling it to more than 100 shops. They have small space in the National Palace of culture (West) which is offering coffee to all coffee enthusiasts. However, they are also working on opening their mixed cafe space. Here they are including the roasting facility, cupping area, etc.
They also won the Guatemala Cup of Excellence winner in 2016 for the best quality in coffee beans. You can try their coffee cocktails based on liquor, drip coffee, espresso drink, etc.

Plus Tova means Plus this or Besides, The place is an art cafe for events, meetings, and exhibitions. The atmosphere is comfortable and homely. Chucky’s Coffee & Culture
Chucky’s coffee is the first craft coffee shop, owned by Ivan Chavdarov. He worked in Athens coffee shops for eight years. Well in 2014, he started chuck’s coffee near Vitosha Boulevard as an experiment. Surprisingly, the cafe turned successful and also started the workshops for introducing new breeds to its customers in craft coffee. Here you enjoy the espresso in Bulgarian style and some other single-origin coffees. They offer different methods for brewing like V60, Aeropress, and Turkish coffee. During lunchtime, the cafe is filled with people for takeaways coffee.
